In fact most 'non-swimmers' who begin the sport that I have spoken to, find it entirely frustrating and their endeavour to see any major improvement is often met with sheer exhaustion at the effort.
The great thing about analysis with video, particularly underwater is that instantaneously any fault can be identified and the beginning of a plan to remedy the faults can be developed.

Our swim coach Gerard Curran has a wealth of knowledge both in pool and open water endurance swimming and coaches teams and individuals across the region to success.
